Job summary

Gemaire is seeking a technical support representative to provide remote and on-site HVAC support, assisting customers with installation, service issues and diagnostics. You will participate in training classes and collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, at least 5 years HVAC experience, and willingness to travel. A valid license and reliable transportation are essential for this position.

Qualifications

HVAC technical service experience (minimum 5 years) is expected.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite.
Some overnight travel required.
Valid driver license with clean record (last 3 years).

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support via Salesforce CRM (phone, chat, email).
Provide on-site technical support for installation and service issues.
Explain correct installation, service and diagnostics to customers.
Teach technical training classes as needed.
Assist sales team with customer interactions and presentations.
Serve as liaison between customers and equipment manufacturers for warranty issues.
Support warranty and quality escapes resolution with manufacturers.
Prepare reports on equipment issues, field visits and training attendance.
Perform other duties to meet Gemaire objectives.
