Job summary

Gemaire Distributors, a leading HVAC distributor, seeks a Sales Administrator to support the Sales team and customers. You will coordinate orders, track statuses, and liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing quotes and POs, and handling inquiries via phone, email, and text. The role emphasizes service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience
• Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to problem solve, be detail oriented, and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Act as branch point of contact for key accounts
• Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking, including e-commerce and direct customer orders
• Ensure timely deliveries and jobsite logistics and proactively communicate delays
• Facilitate accurate job quotes, purchase order management, credit rebills and Scope of Work documentation
• Provide product information, assist customers with product selection, and after-sales support
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and text
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor
