Qualifications

• 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience; or Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to problem solve, be detail oriented, and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Account Support: Act as branch point of contact for key accounts
• Order Management: Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking; includes e-commerce and direct orders
• Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely deliveries and jobsite logistics; communicate delays
• Documentation: Facilitate accurate job quotes, PO management, credit rebills and SOW documentation
• Customer Service: Provide product information and assist customers with product selection and after-sales support
• Customer Communication: Provide customer service via phone, email, and text
• In addition to the above duties, perform other duties as assigned
