Gemaire Distributors seeks a Sales Administrator to support the Sales team, Sales Center, and customers. You will serve as a liaison for product availability, delivery coordination, order entry, status updates, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include handling key accounts, order processing, delivery coordination, and customer communication. Requires strong customer service, MS Office skills, and organization; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of counter sales, call center or customer service experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to problem solve, be detail oriented, and multi-task
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as branch point of contact for key accounts
• Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking (e-commerce and direct orders)
• Coordinate timely deliveries and jobsite logistics; communicate delays
• Facilitate accurate job quotes, purchase orders, and Scope of Work documents
• Provide product information and post-sales assistance
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
