Watsco, through its subsidiary Gemaire Distributors, seeks a Sales Administrator to support the Sales team, the Sales Center, and customers in a fast-paced HVAC environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience; or Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience.
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to problem solve, be detail oriented, and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Act as branch point of contact for key accounts
• Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking including e-commerce and direct customer orders
• Coordinate timely deliveries and jobsite logistics and communicate delays when necessary
• Facilitate accurate job quotes, purchase order management, credit rebills and Scope of Work documentation
• Provide product information and assist customers with product selection and after-sales support
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and text
• Other duties as assigned
