Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in HVAC, customer service, warehousing/distribution or retail.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at wholesale level preferred.
• Proven success in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Represent Gemaire as a leader, maximizing sales across branches.
• Travel to branches for assignments and provide counter/warehouse support.
• Maintain communication with internal/external sales, vendors, and contractors.
• Support branch staffing per Area Operations Manager (counter/warehouse).
• Assist with training opportunities, safety, and workflow improvements.
