Job summary

Carrier is seeking an established HVAC Sales Engineer to market and sell Carrier Applied and Industrial HVAC solutions within a defined region. You will cultivate long-term relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers and facility owners, integrating technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with HVAC sales experience and a valid driver’s license; CRM experience (Salesforce) and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with HVAC sales experience or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience with Applied HVAC equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, gross margin and market share targets.
• Lead and grow assigned territory by identifying potential customers and building long-term relationships.
• Routinely call on and support customers including Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineering firms and Facility Owners/Developers.
• Assist with bid day operations, submittals and order entry, and close work with customers.
