Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a Regional Account Manager to lead HVAC sales growth across the Mid-Atlantic for a fast-growing manufacturer. Manage independent rep partners and drive specification-based sales in the new construction channel.

You’ll act as the regional sales leader—owning partner performance, developing market strategy, and serving as a technical resource to engineers, contractors, and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in HVAC, air movement, or technical sales.
• Proven success with manufacturer reps.
• Experience driving new construction specifications.
• Strong technical aptitude for engineers and non-technical audiences.
• Experience reading building plans and equipment schedules is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Highly organized with pipeline and forecasting discipline.
• Self-driven, competitive, and performance-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue across a defined multi-state territory.
• Manage and develop relationships with independent manufacturer rep firms.
• Drive product specification with engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, lunch & learns, and field training sessions.
• Identify and execute strategies to increase market share and close rates.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline activity through CRM tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and marketing teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regional opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.
