Job summary

Comfortside is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive growth across the Mid-Atlantic region (DC, MD, VA, WV, DE). Remote within the territory with about 50% travel.

You will lead a regional sales team, develop distributor partnerships, and execute growth strategies for Comfortside brands. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HVAC, is a manufacturer-side leader, and can expand market share through contractor engagement and market development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC industry experience, with sales/business development focus.
• Experience with HVAC equipment manufacturer experience is required.
• Proven experience growing sales through distributor networks.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Experience leading sales teams and developing markets.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
• Established relationships within the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategy across Comfortside brands.
• Expand distributor relationships and drive market expansion.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to grow market share.
• Represent Comfortside at industry events and associations.
• Monitor pricing, margins, and competitive positioning.
• Travel throughout the territory to build relationships.
• Provide training to distributors and contractors.
