Job summary

eAir, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth for its ComfortStar HVAC equipment and Smart Electric aftermarket lines. The role focuses on expanding market share, developing distributor relationships, and managing regional sales performance within the territory.

The position involves high travel (up to 60%) across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland, with an emphasis on building strong partnerships with distributor owners and branch managers while

Qualifications

Experience selling to HVAC/R wholesale distributors is required.
Background as an Independent Manufacturer’s Rep or HVAC equipment/parts manufacturer is preferred.
Established relationships with key decision-makers at distributor accounts are essential.
Strong knowledge of residential & light commercial HVAC systems and aftermarket parts is expected.

Responsibilities

Drive immediate and sustained market share growth within the assigned territory.
Identify, target, and onboard new HVAC wholesale distributor partners.
Expand existing accounts through strategic product positioning and relationship building.
Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed territory revenue goals.
Call on and maintain relationships with all HVAC/R distributors in the region.
Provide product training, support, and ongoing engagement to drive sell-through.
Recruit, onboard, and manage Independent Manufacturer’s Representatives where applicable.
