Job summary

Quantum Industrial seeks a driven HVAC/R & Plumbing Account Manager to grow our service business and maintain strong client relationships. You will lead sales efforts, manage accounts, and drive profitability while ensuring safety and compliance on site.

You will travel as needed and collaborate with operations to optimize service delivery, renew contracts, and expand partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development in HVAC/R or mechanical services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for HVAC/R and plumbing services, manage client relationships, and oversee communications to ensure contract retention and expansion.
• Oversee P&L, track financial targets, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Represent Quantum Industrial at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with service teams to align with company goals and ensure profitable contracts.
