Job summary

Harris is seeking a Project Sales Representative in Fargo to market turnkey HVAC/plumbing retrofit solutions to residential and commercial clients. You will estimate, prepare proposals, and present solutions while managing existing relationships.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, plus strong communication and MS Office skills. You will work with a national contractor network and contribute to projects from stadiums to healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical/plumbing systems and components.
• Experience with plumbing and industrial refrigeration is a plus.
• Ability to prepare financial justification for solutions; LEED knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with customer relationship development and maintenance.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Market the company to new clients and develop turnkey solutions for retrofit projects.
• Estimate scope of work and prepare proposals; review specifications and drawings.
• Develop and present proposals; respond to RFPs and provide industry-specific solutions.
• Qualify prospects, present effectively, address questions and objections.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and promptly address concerns.
