Job summary

Harris is seeking a Project Sales Representative in Denver to market Harris to new clients and develop turnkey solutions for mechanical and plumbing retrofit projects in commercial markets. The role also requires managing existing customer relationships and delivering detailed proposals and estimates that align with client goals.

A two- to four-year degree is preferred (Construction Sciences, HVAC, or related field), with 4+ years in HVAC/mechanical/plumbing and proven ability to grow a customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction/mechanical knowledge preferred
• Experience in estimating, proposals, and sales process
• Ability to interpret drawings and equipment specifications
• Ability to communicate energy savings and financial justifications

Responsibilities

• Market the company to new clients and develop turnkey solutions for mechanical and plumbing retrofit projects
• Prepare, present, and respond to proposals and RFPs
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and external partners
• Plan and manage schedules, quotes, and opportunities to drive sales success
