Job summary

Harris is seeking an HVAC Project Sales Representative in the United States to market the company to new clients and develop turnkey solutions, including estimating and proposal presentations for mechanical and plumbing retrofit projects in commercial markets.

The role also requires managing existing customer relationships, preparing detailed proposals, and offering cost-effective, high-value solutions to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Construction Sciences, HVAC, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience and knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems and components.
• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• 1-2 years of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Market the company to new clients and develop turnkey solutions including estimating and proposal presentation for retrofit projects in commercial markets.
• Prepare, present, and respond to proposals aligned with customer requirements, including RFPs and customized industry solutions.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, delivering compelling sales presentations and addressing questions with professionalism.
