Job summary

Harris Companies is seeking an HVAC Project Sales Representative to market the company, develop turnkey solutions, estimate/propose for mechanical and plumbing retrofit projects in commercial markets, and manage existing customer relationships.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems, ability to assess drawings and jobsite conditions, create detailed proposals, and maintain an active pipeline to achieve booking goals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Construction Sciences, HVAC, or a related field.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Technical, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience and knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems and components.
• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• 12 years of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Market the company to new clients and develop turnkey solutions including estimating and proposal presentation for retrofit projects.
• Prepare, present, and respond to proposals aligned with customer requirements; communicate scope clearly.
• Identify opportunities, manage a pipeline of quotes, and work to achieve booking goals.
• Respond quickly to customer concerns and maintain productive relationships with clients and partners.
• Plan and manage schedules to maximize productivity and drive sales success.
