The ideal candidate will read blueprints, assess risks, and coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines while leveraging HVAC software tools and supplier networks.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and minimum two years related experience in HVAC/R or training.
Ability to read equipment schedules and mechanical blueprints, print take-off, and estimate costs.

Responsibilities

Analyze project documentation (plans, blueprints, schedules) to estimate costs.
Research and negotiate prices with suppliers to obtain quotes.
Determine project timelines considering material pricing and budgets.
Assess risks and track variations to plans.
Prepare bids and submit technical documents and submittal data for projects.
Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal staff.
Meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proficient with commercial, ductless, unitary systems and related software/tools.
