• Perform bid site visits as needed.
• Prepare detailed estimates for equipment, materials and labor.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly Ops Meetings to review Priority Report for current and new installation jobs.
• Document and follow up on assigned action items and decisions from meetings; coordinate equipment follow-ups with distributors for Bid jobs.
• Keep accurate database of prospective projects; turnover with Lead Mechanic; create job in Field Edge; ensure job is scheduled; verify subs/material quotes.
