Pro-Serv Facility Solutions in New Bern, NC is seeking a driven Estimator / Project Sales Specialist to own the full estimation-to-sale process for HVAC, refrigeration, and food equipment projects. You will review technician deficiencies, build accurate estimates, present solutions to customers, and push opportunities through the pipeline while maintaining strong customer service and profitability.

Ideal candidates are organized, competitive, and able to coordinate with dispatch and service

Qualifications

• Commercial service or estimating experience preferred.
• HVAC, refrigeration, or food equipment estimating experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with estimating software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Sales experience is a major plus; technical training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Create professional estimates for repairs, replacements, and projects.
• Price labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Present solutions to customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain records in NetSuite and coordinate with operations.
• Review technician reports and ensure profitability.
