Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred in business or construction management.
• 2+ years new business development and sales experience.
• 2+ years proven ability to strategize, present, and close sales.
• 1+ years prospecting and appointment setting/cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements via cold calling, prospecting and leads.
• execute business development plans for defined verticals and monitor CRM activity.
