Job summary

Harris is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to sell HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship building with prospective clients. You will emphasize service capabilities and present cost savings to customers.

You will work with field technicians and management, develop opportunities in defined markets, monitor activities in CRM, and contribute to improving maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years new business development and sales experience.
• 2+ years proven ability to strategize, present, and close sales.
• 1+ years prospecting and appointment setting / cold calling.
• 3+ years Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements through cold calling and prospecting.
• Establish relationships with prospective clients and identify maintenance needs.
• Represent one company segment in a specialized market as needed.
• Provide input on prospect programs and CRM-based sales activities.
• Collaborate with field technicians and management to resolve issues and maximize profits.
