Essenti Talent is seeking a General Manager to lead our HVAC/plumbing division, optimize daily operations, and scale revenue to the next level. The role requires ownership of P&L, staffing, scheduling, and strategic growth initiatives within California.

The candidate should have strong leadership, field operations experience, and an ability to drive profitability in a fast-paced trades environment. A positive, safety-conscious culture is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
• HVAC and general construction knowledge.
• California Driver License with clean DMV record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, overtime and weekends.
• Journeyman/Master Plumber license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and set pricing models to hit gross margins.
• Lead field technicians, dispatch, and office staff.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and job workflows.
• Develop sales strategies to grow maintenance contracts.
• Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries and disputes.
