Scalable Sourcing is seeking a General Manager to lead our HVAC/plumbing division, owning daily operations, profitability, and growth. You will oversee field technicians, dispatch, and office staff, align budgets with strategic goals, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

Three to five years of project management experience in construction or a related field.
Experience with HVAC and general construction trades.
Valid California Driver License with clean DMV record.
Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Own the division's budget, track costs, and optimize pricing for gross profit targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and office staff.
Oversee dispatching, scheduling, and field workflows to maximize technician efficiency.
Develop sales strategies to grow commercial maintenance contracts and residential plans.
Manage customer relations and escalation for project disputes.
