You will own the division's operational and financial performance, manage field technicians, dispatch, and P&L, and drive profitability through disciplined cost control and strategic pricing. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to scale maintenance contracts and residential memberships while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects in construction and trades preferred.
• HVAC and general construction knowledge required.
• California driver license with clean DMV record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership: manage budget, costs, and pricing to hit gross margins.
• Lead field teams, dispatch, and office staff, with safety focus.
