Hire Consulting Services is seeking a General Manager to lead our HVAC/plumbing division in California. You will own the division's operations and P&L, streamline field workflows, and scale revenue through strategic pricing and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing dispatch and service delivery, developing sales strategies for maintenance contracts, and ensuring safety and quality throughout projects while mentoring a team of plumbers and office staff.

Qualifikationen

• Three to five years in construction project management or equivalent education/ certification
• HVAC and general construction knowledge
• California driver’s license with clean DMV record
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends
• Experience managing P&L and pricing strategies
