Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a General Manager to lead our HVAC/plumbing division in California. You will own the division’s operations, P&L, safety compliance, and growth, guiding field technicians, dispatch, and office staff toward profitability.

We expect a proven leader who can streamline workflows, optimize pricing, and expand commercial maintenance contracts while delivering outstanding customer service and strong team performance.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience in construction preferred.
• Extensive HVAC and general construction knowledge and experience.
• California driver license with clean DMV record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple priorities.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and budget for the division, monitor costs and pricing.
• Oversee field technicians, dispatch, and job workflows for efficiency.
• Lead growth through commercial maintenance contracts and residential plans.
• Maintain strong customer relations and resolve disputes.
• Ensure safety compliance and high craftsmanship standards.
