Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead our HVAC/plumbing division in California, owning the division's operations, finances, and growth.

You will manage field technicians, dispatch, and P&L, ensuring safety compliance and high craftsmanship while optimizing profitability. You will recruit and mentor plumbers and staff, streamline workflows, develop sales strategies for maintenance contracts, and serve as the final escalation point for customer issues, building a strong brand

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience managing construction projects.
• HVAC/plumbing trades background preferred.
• California driver license with clean DMV record.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Own P&L for the division and optimize gross margin.
• Lead field crews and office staff, ensuring safety and quality.
• Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and job workflows to improve efficiency.
• Drive growth through commercial maintenance and residential programs.
• Act as escalation point for customer inquiries and disputes.
