Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known).
• Answer telephones promptly identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Provide accurate and timely execution of customer orders and requests.
• Enhance customer orders by suggesting additional products.
• Use computer for invoicing, credits, returns, procurement, and stock reconciliation.
• Load and unload stock and assist in breaking down pallets.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Participate in After Hours Emergency Call rotation when needed.
