Job summary

UNITED REFRIGERATION, INC. is seeking a customer-focused team member to greet customers, answer phones, and provide knowledgeable assistance. You will process orders, invoices, returns, and product procurement, while promoting additional products to enhance sales.

The role requires operating office equipment, basic HVACR knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Regular attendance and participation in after-hours calls are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires moving, lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office machines.
• Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known).
• Answer telephones promptly and identify yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Process accurate and timely execution of customer orders and other services.
• Enhance customer orders by suggesting additional products.
• Use computer to invoice, credits, returns, procurement, and cash handling.
• Load/unload vehicles and break down stock; maintain a clean environment.
• Attend to after-hours emergency call rotation when needed.
