You will assist with loading, stock replenishment, and adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced environment. The position includes both customer-facing duties and backend tasks such as maintaining catalogs and MSDS data, with opportunities to learn our product

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Willingness to learn United’s product offering and industry trends.
• Attend in-house product seminars and trade education groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name when known.
• Answer phones promptly identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional assistance and timely order execution.
• Cross-sell by suggesting additional products.
• Use computer to invoice, process credits, returns, and procurement.
• Load/unload vehicles using proper equipment.
• Break down and stock restocking as needed.
• Maintain attendance and participate in after-hours rotation.
• Follow up on promises and commitments.
• Keep work area clean and safe; manage shelves and stock.
