Job summary

A basic knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration helps; you must be able to operate a computer and office equipment. Overtime and Saturday work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable customer assistance.
• Process orders and invoicing accurately and timely.
• Suggest additional products to customers.
• Operate computer for invoicing, credits, returns and procurement.
• Load/unload vehicles safely with proper equipment.
• Break down and put away stock.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Participate in after-hours call rotation.
