Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Learn and understand United's product offering as well as rest of industry.
• Attend product seminars provided in-house and trade education groups.
• Overtime may be required during off-season and inventory periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name and assist with orders.
• Answer telephones promptly identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Process orders, invoicing, credits, returns and product procurement.
• Load and unload vehicles and maintain stock and cleanliness.
