Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product portfolio as a trusted product specialist.
• Provide accurate quotes for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions that deliver value.
• Conduct proactive outreach to assigned and non-assigned accounts to drive sales growth and margins.
• Manage order entry, shipment tracking, and post-sale support for seamless customer experiences.
• Facilitate product returns and educate customers on warranty processes.
• Perform additional duties to support team objectives.
