Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Commercial Service group, primarily onsite in Phoenix, AZ. You will support the sales process by guiding customers and field teams to right-fit HVAC solutions, preparing pricing and contracts, and delivering timely quotes and service opportunities.

You will collaborate with sales and estimating leadership to build accurate quotes, maintain documentation, and drive account growth with a strong commission plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to present to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to right-fit HVAC solutions and articulate features based on needs.
• Prepare, interpret, and maintain accurate quotes, configurations, and proposals.
• Build out quotes for repair and service opportunities in collaboration with sales.
• Coordinate pricing and contracts and support the sales process end-to-end.
• Take inbound inquiries and provide timely pricing information.
