• Conduct proactive outreach to assigned and non-assigned accounts to drive sales growth and increase profit margins.
• Manage order entry, shipment tracking, and post-sale support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Facilitate product returns and educate customers on warranty processes and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as directed to support team objectives.
