US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking a driven and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team, focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new business in the residential and light commercial sector for its fast-growing company.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our Residential and Light Commercial sales operation, developing deep expertise in our equipment offerings while building strong relationships with customers and supporting our Account Managers. You'll combine product knowledge with consultative selling to drive growth, drive dealer programs, and expand our market presence in the HVAC sector. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 plus years experience in sales related environment
