Qualifications

• Some knowledge of HVAC equipment/products is required.
• General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and working knowledge of database applications.
• Effective and high-quality Customer Service/Relationship management skills via walk-ins, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

• Help the Division deliver on its sales including new business by maintaining accounts and communicating new product launches.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and emails.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Coordinate shipments and monitor scheduled dates with manufacturing, sales, and vendors.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features, and benefits.
• Assist customers with warranties and returns.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to resolve problems and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain records and prepare sales activity reports.
