Job summary

Thermal Supply is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to handle customers in person, by phone, email, or fax. You will learn policies, products and services, and support the sales process from inquiry to delivery.

You will coordinate with the Branch Manager, maintain records, manage orders, and educate customers on product terminology and benefits. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales support to customers via face-to-face, phone, email or fax.
• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes and delivery dates accurately.
• Provide product/technical information and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Maintain customer records and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
