Daikin Comfort is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries and drive sales for HVAC products. You will assist customers by phone, email, or in person, process orders, provide product information, and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3–6 years of progressive sales experience.
• 3+ years in the HVAC industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts and drive sales with outbound calls, product launches, services and discounts.
• Provide excellent customer service face-to-face, by phone, and by email.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, distribution and vendors.
• Expand knowledge of HVAC products and keep current with industry trends.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities.
