Job summary

Goodman Manufacturing seeks a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to sell HVAC products and services to prospective and existing customers. You will handle inquiries face-to-face, by phone, or by email, determine customer needs, propose solutions, and move orders quickly through the sales process.

You will maintain knowledge of policies, products, and services, coordinate with the Branch Manager to cover the territory, and support customers with orders, warranties, returns, and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent, some colleges preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to customers, including new business and accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Process orders, quotes, and delivery dates accurately.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specs.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits.
