Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts and generate new sales by outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service via face to face, phone, and e-mails.
• Process orders, quotes and delivery dates with accurate information input.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors regarding shipments.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits to improve sales.
• Record sales activities and prepare reports for Branch Manager.
• Expand knowledge of HVAC products and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
