Job summary

Thermal Supply is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to support prospective and existing customers with HVAC product solutions. You will handle inquiries by phone, email or in person, process orders, quotes, and delivery dates, and work with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate and timely service.

You should have 1–3 years of sales experience, a High School diploma or GED, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products is preferred.
• General Microsoft Office skills and basic database familiarity.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver sales goals by maintaining accounts and promoting product launches.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Process orders, quotes, and delivery dates accurately.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely shipments and problem resolution.
