Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to support HVAC customers. You will handle inquiries face-to-face, by phone, or email, process orders, provide product information, and help drive sales with timely communication of launches, services, and discounts.

You will maintain dealer relationships, expand product knowledge, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to resolve issues and ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help drive sales by maintaining accounts and communicating new product launches, services, and discounts via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service by face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
• Process orders including purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates with accurate information.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution and vendors to schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits to improve sales and satisfaction.
• Assist customers with warranties and returns.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve problems and maintain policy adherence.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities.
• Expand HVAC product knowledge and stay current with industry trends.
