Daikin Comfort in Hyannis, MA is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to sell HVAC products and services to prospective and existing customers. You will handle inquiries via face-to-face, phone, email or fax, identify customer needs, and create solutions to ensure a smooth, quick sales process.

You will work with the Branch Manager to maintain dealer relations, process orders, provide product information, manage shipments, and maintain accurate records while expanding knowledge of HVAC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• Experience in customer service or inside sales roles.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers via face-to-face, phone, email to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Process orders, quotes, payments, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors.
• Maintain records and prepare sales activity reports.
