Daikin Comfort is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to sell HVAC products and services through face-to-face, phone, email, and fax communications. The role involves understanding policies, maintaining dealer relationships, and collaborating with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth sales coverage.

Responsibilities include handling orders, quotes, and delivery dates, informing customers about product terminology and benefits, and expanding knowledge of HVAC trends.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is required to discuss products and services with customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) for quotes and reports.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Professional communication via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accounts and drive sales through outbound calls and product launches.
• Provide customer service face-to-face, by phone and by email.
• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes and delivery dates accurately.
• Recommend alternatives based on cost, availability or specs.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales and vendors.
• Provide product information and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Communicate stock availability and manage warranties/returns.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve issues and maintain policies.
• Periodically survey customers to gauge satisfaction; keep records and reports.
