Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts and drive sales through outbound calls and product launches.
• Provide customer service face-to-face, by phone and by email.
• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes and delivery dates accurately.
• Recommend alternatives based on cost, availability or specs.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales and vendors.
• Provide product information and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Communicate stock availability and manage warranties/returns.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve issues and maintain policies.
• Periodically survey customers to gauge satisfaction; keep records and reports.
