• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates accurately.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors to schedule shipments.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features, and benefits to improve sales.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities.
