Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3–6 years of progressive sales experience.
• 3+ years in the HVAC industry.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts through active communication of new product launches, services, and discounts.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Handle order processing, quotes, delivery dates, and payment processing accurately.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specs.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, and vendors.
