Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Pompano Beach branch.

The CSR/ISR handles walk-ins, phone and email inquiries, processes orders, quotes and deliveries, and maintains dealer relationships to grow sales. You will expand knowledge of HVAC products, provide timely information, coordinate shipments, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to resolve issues, while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

1+ year of progressive sales and customer service experience.
HVAC knowledge or experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

Handle walk-ins, phone and email inquiries; provide excellent customer service.
Process orders, purchase orders, quotes and arrange deliveries with accurate data.
Maintain dealer communications and grow sales through new business and house accounts.
Coordinate with branches, manufacturing, and vendors to ensure timely shipments.
Assist in warehouse duties and inventory tasks as needed.
