Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Pompano, FL branch.

The CSR/ISR will handle customer needs at the counter, over the phone, and via email, driving sales through excellent service and knowledge of HVAC products. Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining accounts, providing product information, and coordinating with manufacturing and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred and product familiarity.
• Strong basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist at the counter and over the phone to drive sales and service.
• Process orders, quotes, and delivery dates accurately.
• Maintain house accounts and communicate proactively with customers and vendors.
• Coordinate with branches and manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery.
