Responsibilities

• Price, quotes and order processing; ensure accurate entry and timely delivery.
• Maintain house accounts and communicate with dealers about product launches, services, prices and discounts.
• Provide friendly customer service via counter, phone and email and handle warranty/returns as needed.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, distribution and vendors to manage shipments and inventory.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits to improve sales and satisfaction.
