Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge or experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and database applications.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, phone and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and customer service at the counter, by phone, and via email or fax.
• Maintain branch sales programs and inform customers about services, prices, and new products.
• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Provide product and technical information to customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, distribution and vendors.
• Assist in warehouse operations and inventory activities as needed.
